The full cold galvanizing sequence includes:
Chemical degreasing → Hot water washing → Electric degreasing → Strong corrosion conditioning → Electroplating with zinc alloy → Luminescence passivation → Final drying.

Unlike hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), electro-galvanizing (EG) results in a uniform and aesthetically clean zinc layer.
